Tim Maitland – Director

Tim heads up The Tasty Ski Company during the winter. He has a degree in history from the University of York but quickly realised that a career in food and catering was for him! He trained at Le Cordon Bleu Cookery School followed by work at a number of top restaurants, most notably Heston Blumenthal’s The Fat Duck restaurant and Chez Bruce in London. He also runs a property development service in the French Alps.

Pam Maitland

Pam Maitland – Bookings Manager

Pam (Mum) is the brains behind the operation back in the UK. She handles all areas of your booking with The Tasty Ski Company to ensure that your holiday runs smoothly from start to finish. She is an absolute perfectionist and will help you plan the details of your stay with us. She is contactable 7 days a week and will always endeavour to reply to your queries as soon as possible. As a family company we ensure that you can plan your holiday carefully with the help of both Pam and Tim.

Scott Knight – Resort Manager Le Grand Massif

Scott had previously completed two winter seasons and then went on to work his way up the London restaurant scene as a trained chef. He most recently worked with a cocktail design company but the call of the mountains never left him. He is returning for his second season with Tasty Ski in Le Grand Massif and is looking forward to some more bluebird powder days and exploring the off-piste of Flaine.
