Tim Maitland – Director

Tim didn’t want to be a lawyer like all his friends so founded The Tasty Ski Company in 2012. Before this he went to university then worked as a chef in various restaurants in SE England – most notably Heston Blumenthal’s The Fat Duck and Chez Bruce in London. Having spent the last 7 years in France he now splits his time between the Alps and the UK. He also runs a property development service in the French Alps.

Scott Knight – Operations Manager

Scott has previously completed two winters and a summer with The Tasty Ski Company working his way up through the company and now takes on the role of Operations Manager. He handles all aspects of your holiday from booking to departure, Scott lives in The Grand Massif region and is available in the Alps 7 days a week to assist with your trip.

Nick Stemler – Morzine Resort Manager

Since graduating from Plymouth University with a degree in Marine Biology, Nick has opted to keep his feet on solid ground… for now at least. Having worked in a variety of roles around Europe he is returning to France for a third season, this time to explore the Portes du Soleil and use his wealth of experience and knowledge to ensure you make the most of your holiday.

Sian Evans – Grand Massif Resort Manager

After completing her music degree at Newcastle University, Sian found her passion for all things travel and spent a few years exploring Australia, Japan and Thailand. Now an avid snowboarder and professional SCUBA diver she has a true love and respect for the mountains and the ocean. Coming from a hospitality and catering background the idea of working a ski season was too tempting and completed her first season in Tignes last year. Here’s to many more!
