We love mixing classic dishes with something you might not have seen before. We love working with the best local producers to make sure that we can get our hands on the top ingredients. And we love working our socks off to make sure that you are treated to the best food ski chalet food you have ever experienced! Click here for some examples of the food we like to cook in our catered ski chalets.

All of our catered ski chalets have a set 4-course evening meal. However please note that we can cater for any dietary requirements or allergies. Our ski chalets also have a childrens’ menu that can be served before or during the main evening meal. It is possible to mix and match the adults’ and childrens’ menus to your requirements.

Ski Chalet Breakfast

Each morning in our catered ski chalets we offer a choice of bacon, sausages, eggs (poached, fried or scrambled), slow roasted tomatoes and mushrooms. A different breakfast special is also available every day. We also understand that a cooked breakfast is not for everyone so we offer plenty of continental alternatives – baguettes, croissants, pain au chocolats, fresh fruit, muesli and yoghurts. All our ski chalets also supply a selection of teas.

Ski Chalet Afternoon Tea

A choice of cakes, baguettes, teas, coffees and juices are laid out for guests on their return to the ski chalet from the slopes.

Ski Chalet Dinner

We love putting on a big show for dinner in our catered ski chalets. We offer our guests a 4-course feast followed by a local cheese board with tea and coffee six nights a week. Click here to see some snaps of what we like to cook at The Tasty Ski Company. Please note that your chef has one day off a week (normally a Wednesday).

*Please note that if guests arrive into resort after 8pm it will not be possible to provide a full evening meal. In event of a late arrival at the ski chalet guests will be provided with a more simple alternative.
