Tim Maitland

Tim Maitland – Director

Tim founded The Tasty Ski Company in 2012. Before this he went to university then worked as a chef in various restaurants in the UK – most notably Heston Blumenthal’s The Fat Duck and Chez Bruce in London. Having spent the last 7 years in France he now splits his time between the Alps and the UK. He also runs a property development service in the French Alps.

Scott Knight – Operations Manager

Scott has previously completed two winters and a summer with The Tasty Ski Company working his way up through the company and now takes on the role of Operations Manager. He handles all aspects of your holiday from booking to departure, Scott lives in The Grand Massif region and is available in the Alps 7 days a week to assist with your trip.

Brian Gilfedder – Morzine Resort Manager

Brian first came to Morzine in 2010 and has worked for some of the biggest and smallest tour operators in the Alps before joining Tasty Ski. Over the years Brian has got to know the best areas to ski, the best spots for a Vin Chaud and importantly the best place for a fondue! He is available in both winter and summer throughout your stay to help in anyway he can.

Andrew Hindley – Grand Massif Resort Manager

In 2015 Andrew moved from London to start work on a small Greek Island where he acted as Operations Manager for an independent Villa Programme. Having grown up skiing he decided last year to head out for his first season in the French Alps and has joined Tasty Ski as Resort Manager for this winter season. He is  a keen foodie with a passion for French food and wine and enjoys all things outdoors.
