For winter 2020/21 we are offering risk free bookings to give you peace of mind when you book your holiday with us. For new winter 2020/21 reservations we are offering free cancellations with a full refund up until 1 September 2020 so that you can book risk free and take advantage of the cheap flight deals currently being offered for next winter.

So for example if you book a winter holiday with Tasty Ski on 30 July 2020 then the deposit is fully refundable up until 1 September 2020 if you decide you no longer want to travel.

COVID chalet procedures

For summer 2020 onwards we have implemented a number of procedures as a precaution to give you reassurance during these uncertain times. Our team is trained with our Covid specific cleaning best practices and our properties will be cleaned thoroughly and sanitised prior to your arrival in resort.

The Chalets
1 metre distance from our team and other customers must be respected at all times. This includes during meal times. For shared occupancy chalets there will be the option of eating on terraces or balconies in order to facilitate these social distancing measures.

Please wash your hands with hand sanitiser regularly in the chalet. Hand sanitiser will be supplied in all chalets.

The earliest check in on arrival day has been changed from 3pm to 4pm. This allows our team to carry out additional cleaning procedures. It is not a problem to drop bags off at the chalet in advance however it will not be possible to enter the chalet until 4pm. Please note it will not be possible to enter the chalet for any reason before 4pm – even to use a toilet.

Physical guest welcome packs will not be supplied. Rather we will email each guest a PDF welcome pack in advance of arrival.

Our Team
During your stay you will be looked after by a chef and a host. They will be at the chalet each day but taking the additional precautions:Our team will wear PPE at all times in the chalet – masks and gloves.

Bedrooms will only be cleaned once during the week on Thursday afternoon. Please note we require that guests are not in bedrooms at this time.

Communal areas will be cleaned daily with particular attention paid to sanitising particular ‘touch points’ – front door handles, guest fridge door and handles, balcony door handles etc. Please do not enter the chalet kitchens at any point.

Airport Transfers

No passengers sitting next to driver.

Passengers to load own luggage (unless in cases of reduced mobility).

Passengers to clean their hands with hand sanitiser (provided) on entry to vehicle.

All passengers to wear masks for duration of journey. Please supply your own mask.

If you have booked a shared transfer then your wait time at the airport  on arrival will be up to 3.5 hours. In reality it will almost certainly be less than this but the local transfer companies we use need to extend the wait time due to various changes to their service due to coronavirus. Please note it is possible to upgrade to a private transfer with no wait time at an additional cost.

Shared transfers will have a maximum of 4 passengers in 8-seater minibuses and maximum 7 passengers in 13-seater minibuses.
