At The Tasty Ski Company we have ski chalets in both Samoens and Morillon. They are towns in Le Grand Massif ski area and are located just 3km apart from each other. Both are located in the Giffre Valley in the northern French Alps, situated between Morzine and Chamonix, and just a 60 minute drive from Geneva airport.
The ski resort of Samoens is a beautiful medieval town that has maintained it’s unique alpine charm unlike a lot of the other large french ski resorts. Samoens has been awarded the prestigious ‘Coq d’Or’ award as one of the prettiest villages in France, and is the only french ski resort classified by the Caisse des Monumets Historiques. Samoens has bags of character, and much of it’s medieval architecture remains in place today.
